Cancellation Policies
All appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to not only fill that appointment time, but other clients miss the opportunity to receive services who could have taken your time slot. If you come to your appointment late, that will not just make us late for our next client, but a cascade of being behind for each client the entire day.
Our online booking system sends out a reminder 24 hours in advance. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively, due at your next appointment with us.
Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges. Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time or NO-SHOWS will result in a 50% charge of the service booked.
Last Minute Exceptions and Sick Policy
However....we totally understand life and emergencies can come up, so each situation will be dealt with on a case by case basis, just please give us a call or text if you feel like you may be late or not able to make it in!
Your health is invaluable and so is ours! If you feel like you may be coming down with something PLEASE reschedule with us. You will not be charged a fee and we promise that we will squeeze you in at a later time when you're feeling better! We typically spend about an hour in each of our appointments in VERY close proximity with you, so if you're sick...then we get sick, then potentially our clients get sick and our families at home as well. Please be courteous : )
